You can try Burro products at no risk for 30 days! If you want to return a product, call Burro to confirm registration and authorize the return. Burro will refund you the full cost of the product including return delivery to Burro.
In case of a faulty product, please call us. If the product is under warranty and has been registered, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost to you including transportation to and from our workshop. If it is out of warranty, you can send it to us for diagnostics, we’ll inform you of the cost, and you can decide if you’d like us to fix it or not.
Burro offers free phone support on all of our products including tips and tricks to help you get the most from your investment. If you prefer more hands-on help with a larger system, we’ll connect you with one of our installation professionals and stand behind their work for you.
